If you’ve ever found your watch slightly too tight in warm weather or too loose in the cold, the M1 solves it instantly. No tools. No strap modification. Just a precision rose-gold-finished 316L stainless steel buckle engineered for daily comfort.

Choosing Your Size
Your Fitwell M1 size is based on the width of your strap at the buckle - not the lug width of your watch.
If your strap is straight (non-tapered):
Select the M1 size that matches your lug width.
If your strap tapers toward the buckle:
Measure the width of your strap at the buckle end, or the inside width of your current buckle, using a ruler, tape measure, or caliper.
Choose the M1 size that matches that measurement.
Most tapered straps narrow by 2–4 mm.
Examples:
- A 20mm strap (at the lugs) tapering to 16mm → choose a 16mm M1
- A 22mm strap (at the lugs) tapering to 18mm → choose an 18mm M1
Installation

What can I say? The thing does the thing, and it does it well. I'm just a guy on the Internet who found Fitwell through a social media ad, and it's perfect for what I need. Now my leather bracelet actually fits, and the buckle looks better than the stock one. It's just shy of being overpriced, but I don't know of any better way to make a fabric strap fit better, so I can't complain. TIP: Measure the width of the buckle you're replacing not the lug-to-lug width (my bracelet tapered 4mm). All in all, very pleased!

These work as advertised. I was a little pessimistic about the adjustment system, but it locks in tightly on both sides. The buckle seems to be nicely made and it doesn’t feel cheap. It also came with two spring bars, which was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one.
