Step 2: Select your strap width

Each buckle is drawn to scale. Hold the end of your strap against the inner opening to find your exact size.

Add precise, half-hole micro-adjustment to your favorite watch straps. The Fitwell M1 Titanium buckle replaces your existing pin buckle and doubles the number of usable fit positions - giving you a smooth 3mm “half-hole” adjustment.

If you’ve ever found your watch slightly too tight in warm weather or too loose in the cold, the M1 solves it instantly. No tools. No strap modification. Just a lightweight titanium buckle engineered for daily comfort.

Features

  • Compatible with most leather, rubber, or fabric straps
  • Installs in place of your existing pin buckle - no modification needed
  • Smooth 3mm adjustment, right between standard holes
  • Titanium buckle and tang with stainless-steel spring bar
  • Includes one installed spring bar + one spare

Choosing Your Size

Your Fitwell M1 size is based on the width of your strap at the buckle - not the lug width of your watch.

If your strap is straight (non-tapered):
Select the M1 size that matches your lug width.

If your strap tapers toward the buckle:
Measure the width of your strap at the buckle end, or the inside width of your current buckle, using a ruler, tape measure, or caliper.
Choose the M1 size that matches that measurement.

Most tapered straps narrow by 2–4 mm.

Examples:

  • A 20mm strap (at the lugs) tapering to 16mm → choose a 16mm M1
  • A 22mm strap (at the lugs) tapering to 18mm → choose an 18mm M1

Good product, quick turnaround

Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the order arrived, considering I am in the UK.
The buckle itself does exactly what it claims, and does it well, while looking good. Well worth it.

Not pleased
Not as advertised

The buckle automatically moves to the loosest position when you buckle the watch. No way to adjust on your wrist. Certainly not worth the overpriced cost for a simple buckle. Would return this.

Just by itself, makes the straps much more comfortable

While the micro adjustment is one of kind, just fitting the buckle into any strap automatically makes it more fitting and comfortable. A watch that never seemed to fit but that I really liked, is now one of my favourites.

Perfect!

This makes the watch much more comfortable! I will order more for sure.

Overpriced

This product does what it says it will do but 40-50$ for a buckle on a strap is way overpriced for what you get. You should get two buckles for what they charge.
