If you’ve ever found your watch slightly too tight in warm weather or too loose in the cold, the M1 solves it instantly. No tools. No strap modification. Just a precision black-finished 316L stainless steel buckle engineered for daily comfort.

Choosing Your Size
Your Fitwell M1 size is based on the width of your strap at the buckle - not the lug width of your watch.
If your strap is straight (non-tapered):
Select the M1 size that matches your lug width.
If your strap tapers toward the buckle:
Measure the width of your strap at the buckle end, or the inside width of your current buckle, using a ruler, tape measure, or caliper.
Choose the M1 size that matches that measurement.
Most tapered straps narrow by 2–4 mm.
Examples:
- A 20mm strap (at the lugs) tapering to 16mm → choose a 16mm M1
- A 22mm strap (at the lugs) tapering to 18mm → choose an 18mm M1

Watch the install before you buy. The buckle or Link goes on with a spring bar tool, and nothing about your strap changes.

The micro adjustability just makes every strap more comfortable. It really Iocks into place. I will be buying more
Loved the idea, but doesn't help with my Wrist Outfitters sailcloth and leather strap. When I pull it snug, the buckle just moves to the looser position, so the strap doesn't feel more snug. Oh well.....
The Fitwell adjustable clasp really hits the spot - or rather the spots! I put it on a combo woven leather and rubber band for my FitBit. It gives me the flexibility to tighten and loosen the tracker to just the right tightness - not too loose - not too tight. Great product, highly recommended!
Best buckle on the market right now works as advertised
One of my favorite nice watches had that tweener issue…right between 2 strap holes. Nice strap too, didn’t want to swap it. Finally got round to putting one of these on. Voila!
